Terrible haircut. Nothing like what we discussed and clearly choppy/uneven cut. When I brought up concerns, they told me his hair needs to be “trained”. I don’t know how to “train” hair to be longer and cut evenly. I left a small tip only because he wasn’t freaking out, but he was in tears walking to the car. No one in our family will be returning.
Sage has been cutting my hair for a while now and always does such a great job! She’s super easy to talk to, she’s friendly and she pays attention to the little details, and just gets it right every time. She really knows what she’s doing. I always leave feeling fresh and confident. If you need a new go-to stylist, hit her up! you’ll be glad you did!
I’m a repeat customer (4 or 5 times). Mostly a great experience until my last 2 appointments. Last time I got a haircut, I waited 45 min past my scheduled time to start. During that time a walk-in was seated before me. Not great, but no big deal. Today, I booked a haircut for the morning, was driving there and received a missed appointment email, which charged for the full session.
