Berated for not tipping as well
I had been a customer of another barber shop in town (small town, you probably know it), and am grateful to have found Todd's last year. At the other shop, I received good service but never felt like they nailed the style since I didn't know what I wanted. Turns out, my scalp has two conflicting cowlicks that are difficult for stylists to work with, and Todd was the first to tell me this.
