What's the point of having appointments listed online if you're not going to honor them? This was my first time trying this place. I had an appointment scheduled with Rhonda at 12:20. I checked in at the front desk before 12:20 and waited for 15 minutes before the receptionist/other barber asked if I had an appointment.
