everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, but that definitely doesn't mean they're talented. the woman who cut my hair didn't look at my reference photos and cut my hair like it was straight. (I have a very defined wave pattern) I ended up with the choppiest, frizziest "layers" I have ever had, and she didn't ask what I thought of the cut until she had already dried and styled it, making it impossible for her to actually modify the haircut because she was cutting it wet. if I want this fixed I will lose another four in... read more
