Mandi is awesome!
WOW. I’ve never been so happy. Dealing with the Barber Shop was so easy and professional. The online booking was simple and all the information was there so I knew how long and how much my appointment would be. I was greeted with a smile and Hello. It was as the best fade ever! Highly recommend!! Mandi is amazing and the boys were great.
Terrible customer service,. Asked about bringing my elderly father for an appointment. Was brushed off by bad customer service rep who ultimately told me they couldn't accommodate an elderly person. So in return I said I didn't want to make an appointment withem because they weren't accommodating at the most basic level.
My barber retired. I’ve been searching for a new barber and found one. Mandi, at The Barbershop in Lacey, gave me a great haircut at a reasonable price. My hair was way too long and she cut it to just the right length. Even my wife was impressed. I’ll be back!
Mandi does fantastic work. Highly reccomened. Got a haircut and beard trim.
