Full disclosure, I did not go to this place. I was passing through Gander and I needed a haircut. I searched barber shops in the area and found this interesting place. I called to see if I could get an appointment and I was told that I had to physically walk in to write my name on their list because they couldn't write it down for me. Really poor customer service on top of their terrible hours. 10-5:30 Monday to Friday?
