My experience: I had a booked appointment with Christian Dubois at 9:45am however, due to traffic he was running late and had to reschedule our appointment for 10:00am this wasn’t an issue. However, I contacted him to advise that I would be running late as well and I ended up arriving at the barbershop at 10:09am.
