First mistake was being a walk in client. We showed a picture of what we wanted and reiterated several times that we wanted it longer and to please not take too much off. Right away the person cutting my son’s hair took large chunks off. I stopped him and said we want it longer bc his hair is curly and will get shorter when it dries.
