I am overall super satisfied with my experience at House Of Cuts In Chino Hills. My barber Julius R. Made the place feel like home away from the far away old country. Which is truly memorable and revering. This place instantly transported me to simpler times. Especially during my childhood back in the old country. Came in as walk in and was take care of very well
I booked an 11:30 appointment with Chris for my son’s haircut, specifically because his kids’ cut was listed at $35. When I arrived, Chris was with another customer and told me Jay would be cutting my son’s hair instead. Jay then charged $45 — $10 more than the price I had booked. I wasn’t told about the price difference until it was time to pay. When I asked why I was being charged more for a barber I hadn’t chosen, the staff were dismissive and rude. My husband and son have been coming here for a few years now, and Jesse is our go to guy he always has them both looking fresh! All the barbers are great here and know what they’re doing! We love House of Cuts🙌
