I rarely leave reviews, but this experience honestly made me feel like I had to. I’ve tried a few barbers around town, and as a local it’s surprisingly difficult to find someone who consistently knows what they’re doing. After growing my hair out for over a year, I finally decided to get it cut. I chose this shop because of the great reviews and its convenient location near my business. It was great service from Chris and a great haircut as well!
My husband had a 10:15 appointment today with ITO and after a few minutes my husband called me in a shock and described an incident that happened. He sat down on the chair and foot pedal dropped, ITO pushed him. My husband got scared and left. Hate crime/ racism/ mental illness ? Probably? We are doctors by profession and have a respectful social and family life. For people who are educated will pay attention to this review. The barber here was super rude .. did not introduce himself.. no decency to greet. As I was about to sit on chair.. he shoved me.. apparently there was the foot pedal broken.. when I asked what was that.. he said .. I said step on the foot pedal. How the hell would I know that..The Barber’s name is ITO S. I believe they rent these chairs to individuals.. as no one intervened here. So Highly recommend do not book with HIM.
