I and my boys have been visiting for years. We used to make appointments but they are flexible with walk ins now that our schedule is more unpredictable. We have used multiple stylists and have always been happy.
Tried to go for a walk-in men's cut with my significant other. This is something they advertise as available. There was an older gentleman and a lady working, and no one at the front desk area. The gentleman never looked in our direction. I do understand he was with a client, but even a glance and smile or hello would have been nice. The lady was also with a client but asked what we were there for. Upon stating we were hoping to get a cut and shave, she asked if we had an appointment.
