They cut more than twice the length off than what was asked. We went in for a trim on hair below the shoulder and it was cut above the shoulder with layers that were never asked or agreed to. It was basically a chili bowl cut that had extremely uneven layers. The left side was 1/2 inch longer than the right and there were sections that were left in the back. I needed a great haircut for an important business meeting. Rudy gave me the best haircut I've had in at least a decade! He epitomized the man-to-man barber service I remember from years gone by. He was both professional and easy going. Me made conversation feel as natural as if I was talking with an old friend. His shop was clean and well kept, vintage in style, and just a cool place to hang out. Top notch! Thanks, Rudy!
