This place is one of a kind!! The staff genuinely cares and will meet you where you are no matter what fitness level you're at. If you're newly sober and want to feel better emotionally, mentally, and physically this is the place to be!! I highly recommend it!!

I walked into the gym with my husband after we had dosed at cms next door just to check it out and ask questions, see what it was all about since we are getting into month 7 of being sober and thought working out would be a great way to stay sober. We walked in to a lady and a man in the gym who stood there and stared at us like we were crazy people who walked in from the street and were bothering them.
