We met Frank while he was serving as an appointed attorney on a foster case. While he never served as our attorney, I can say it was a pleasure to watch him work as he volunteered his time on the case. He is thorough and incredibly thoughtful and was doing his part to serve foster kids of the state of Texas. I would highly recommend him and if I ever need a lawyer in the future, I would not hesitate to call Frank.

I personally couldn't have asked for better. Ms Evan was a million times better than my expectations. My process was very drawn out and to put it, just miserable. I highly recommend.

A huge “Thank you” to Evan Barat. She was assigned as an amicus atty for my husband’s adult disabled non-verbal son. She is fair, honest, understanding and responds quickly to calls and emails. What a true blessing to have someone that is fair to both parties and her concern and welfare and best interest of the child. We appreciate all of her understanding of the situation and her recommendations that were in the best interest for most importantly the adult disabled child and all parties involved. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable with handling my case. He kept me and my family informed at all times and he was proficient when answering our questions! 10/10 I would recommend!
