The gym itself has just about whatever you could want to increase or maintain your physical fitness with 24 hour access included with membership, with access to multiple personal trainers if needed, a budding recovery area, and many apparatus specifically for strong man training. Great atmosphere, awesome demographic. Gym feels like family - Jeremy does a great job training his athletes and clients. It's really nice to see some young athletes really getting after it. Great gym if you're into strength sports, bodybuilding, or just overall getting into shape. If you're in the DSM area and without a gym, be sure to swing by and give this place a look!

As a fellow gym owner, The Bar/Jeremy is a first class operation. His knowledge and dedication to helping others is the reason this gym has so many positive reviews. In addition to running a successful gym, Jeremy is a dedicated father and husband. Keep up the good work!

Very concerned about a person who owns a gym that publicly bullies a 1st grader due to her size! Then follows the wrestler and her parents swearing and boos while the child wrestles! Disgusting!
