The Bar Method is very welcoming studio. The teachers are so friendly and they willing to listen & help with any concerns or questions. Bar Strength & Bar Cardio are my two favorite classes to take!

The Bar Method is exactly what I’ve been looking for since my old studio closed — not only awesome, safe workouts, but also a warm, positive environment. The owner is WONDERFUL and flexible, and helps get you set up with something that works for you. Plus, they have childcare! 🙌🏻 Can’t recommend this place enough.
