I was impressed with the Owner and instructors with the knowledge of the physical movements and exercises performed during the workout. The movements are controlled and work muscles you never thought you had! There always was a class and time to fit my schedule. Environment was exceptionally clean and an atmosphere very welcoming. Highly recommend.
A total body workout that keeps you in shape for life. Good for all ages.
I absolutely LOVE it here!! The owner and instructors are so kind, helpful, and very welcoming, including sweet fur-baby Agatha! I struggle soooo much with talking myself out of showing up to anything that is only for myself because of some serious mom & dog-mom guilt. It's been weighing heavy on my heart to find something that would help give me the motivation to start showing up for myself, too! I found that here at The Bar Method, and I can't recommend this place enough!
Bar Method Wexford is my home away from home. I LOVE this place!
