I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at your studio on February 11th. I had a class booked through ClassPass for 4:30 p.m. and arrived at exactly 4:30 after struggling to find parking in the designated parking plaza mentioned on your website. Upon my arrival, I was denied entry by the front desk, who stated that the class was already in progress.
