I have loved the Bar Method for years. I was a member of the Financial District location. Sadly, they did not survive the pandemic. I tried other Barre franchises. They just did not give me the workout I was craving. To my delight, the Wellesley Bar Method location absorbed several of the instructors from Boston. Gorgeous studio. Owners and instructors are so welcoming. This workout will kick your butt. It's definitely worth trying out.
I love coming to classes at Bar Method Wellesley! The instructors do an amazing job of creating challenging full body workouts, motivating you, and making sure you’re using the correct form to get the most out of each exercise. Each workout leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and energized for the day. Coming at least 3 times per week really helps to feel good about the exercises and see/feel results. The community here is also wonderful!
