I had such a great experience this past weekend at the Shrewsbury Bar Method!! I am a long time client of the Westfield's Bar Method but was down the shore for the holiday weekend so I took a visit. I was greeted so warmly by the women at the front desk and Meghan happened to be my instructor both days who worked us hard and was hilarious. Thank you so much for the warm welcome this past weekend, Shrewsbury, and I will definitely be back to take class, whenever I am down the shore!!

Everyone at the bar method is so friendly and welcoming! I love all the classes I’ve taken so far and every instructor is great. The owner is also super nice and a great instructor as well!
As a classpass member this is one of my favorite studio's to come to and no one else even comes close. First, the facility has an amazing locker room and spacious studio that they always keep very clean. Second, the instructors are amazing and they do a great job with leading a class of people who come from different levels and backgrounds. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly but most importantly there is a level of professionalism that is maintained that I don't easily find in Monmouth County.
