Love this studio! From the onboarding, to the welcoming nature of everyone from teachers, front desk and other students, to the workouts it's been a five star experience! They make it easy to attend and come back. Highly recommend.
For 11 years, I have tried everything to fix my patellofemoral pain syndrome, which is an imbalance of quadricep muscles that causes the knees to be pulled off balance, leading to swelling, pain, and, in my case, meniscus tears. Bar Method SLO is the best! I have never enjoyed working out so much as I do at Bar. The workouts are challenging, never boring, and always fun! However, the best part is the people. The instructors are genuine, knowledgeable, and intentional. They know your name and make you feel welcome and cared for. I love starting my day with Bar.
