Bar Method SLO is the best! I have never enjoyed working out so much as I do at Bar. The workouts are challenging, never boring, and always fun! However, the best part is the people. The instructors are genuine, knowledgeable, and intentional. They know your name and make you feel welcome and cared for. I love starting my day with Bar.

I was a college athlete, so you could say I'm fairly seasoned when it comes to fitness. Over the past 25+ years, I've tried every single type of exercise class known to humanity--from interpretive dance to pole dancing. I've done it all. And you know what? None of it stuck. I have been going to The Bar Method for about a year, and I'm obsessed! The exercises challenge me and make me feel proud as I see changes in my strength, endurance, and flexibility. The icing on the cake is the community. Everyone is class is supportive and friendly, and every single instructor is a wonderful ray of sunshine. I highly recommend The Bar Method in SLO!
Update! It's now been 7 years of attending classes here and this place still remains a welcoming and supportive community! I can't say enough positive things about Bar Method SLO. You've just got to come in and try it! Mimi and the team have created such a welcoming and supportive community I can’t say enough positive things!
