These classes are suited for every fitness level and are doable for class #1 and still challenging for class #450. I feel so supported, and most importantly I know the exercises are safe and so effective.
Bar Method is the place to go for the best total body workout! The studio is a welcoming, non judgmental place for members to workout and encourage each other for success. Don’t kid yourself, this is a hard workout but it’s fun. The classes are led by well trained instructors who monitor the class and help each person do the exercises correctly and safely.
