I’ve been a member here since January and it has become apart of my daily routine. The teachers are all super sweet and know every member by name. My body, my mind, my overall health has improved so much - I’m grateful that I found this place. Take a class, you won’t regret it!
This class was incredible, and Beverly was such a great instructor. I would recommend the Bar Method to anyone, and my sister and I so enjoyed our very first class this morning. Such a beautiful, organized gym too!
I’ve been doing Bar Method for almost 6 yrs (over 1,000 classes) and have seen this studio grow in terms of clients and teachers. I get energized for the day at the 6:15 am class. All the teachers know everyone by name and do hands on corrections in class. Like I said earlier, I’ve done over 1k classes and the teachers are still doing verbal and hands on corrections on me. The teachers are very knowledgeable and make the classes fun. The hands on and verbal corrections ensure that we are doing the moves correctly and not risking injury. I find this studio is very welcoming.
