I love working out at Bar Method. I was a complete beginner to bar but everyone was so welcoming and supportive. On top of that the workouts are totally full body and focus on everything I was looking for in a program. Plus it’s a lot of fun 😊 10/10 recommend
Really love this studio! I started with the one-week trial and signed up for a membership right after because I knew I wanted to keep coming. The space itself is super nice and clean, and the instructors were great. They walked me through how to get the most out of the classes and what to expect, which made everything feel really inclusive, supportive, and encouraging. Bar Method Montclair is the greatest! The instructors are encouraging, supportive and inclusive, providing adjustments to your form if incorrect, super helpful. The space is sparkling clean and welcoming with lots of natural light. It’s a challenging workout and though I’ve only been to 6 classes I can already feel strength and toning results. The Bar Method Montclair is fantastic! The instructors are all amazing, they are always willing to provide guidance and offer challenging classes that are fun and engaging. The studio offers a range of classes at convenient times and varying levels. The space is clean, inviting and encouraging and the studio is incredibly well run by Jenna and her team!
