Great dynamic. I love it.
I’ve always had a great experience at Bar Method Montclair since the first time I took classes in 2012, to most recently, when I rejoined in April, consistently taking classes as often as possible. The instructors are all excellent, super sweet and attentive to your form and progress! I love that they make it a point to know your name. The studio itself is always spotless with clean towels and amenities to freshen up after class. It’s a great workout for any level and they offer a few different classes to challenge you!
I absolutely love The Bar Method. I joined back in March of this year. I was looking to switch my workouts up a bit and started doing classes through Class Pass. It didn’t take long for me to sign up for a membership. The workout is challenging and fun, the instructors are all amazing, and overall it’s a super welcoming community, which I love. The instructors are kind, attentive, and supportive. I especially appreciate how they take the time to correct your form and encourage you throughout each class. The workouts are challenging, but in a good way. They push you to stay focused, both physically and mentally, making each session a combination of strength and mindfulness. I discovered the Bar method Montclair via one of their specials. It was a 13 pack that I told myself I would go consistently and see how I felt at the end of the trial. Long story short I became a member after my trial was up because I loved the results! I went consistently and still do. Each time I go the staff are always warm and welcoming.
