After more than 20 years I love Bar Method even more if that’s possible than the very first workout. The instructors are amazing, the community of women absolutely extraordinary & the workout is a gift to our bodies for strengthening, lengthening, toning, posture & form. Thank you Thank you
It was my first time trying The Bar Method, and I really enjoyed it! It was a great full-body workout, and I loved the combination of strength, balance, and stretching. I felt great afterward and would definitely take this class again!
