Absolutely love the Bar Method exercise program. I’ve made great strikes in building muscle, posture, and strength. I am able to wear racerback tops, and halter tops which previously gave me headaches. Appreciate the personal touch.
Bar Method Livermore is an awesome exercise community and an amazing all-around workout. In one hour you truly feel like you can check off exercise for the day!! The full hour original Bar Method class is my all time favorite.....starting with a light warm up, working into exercise sets for your arms, calves, thighs, gluts and abs......in between sets there are plenty of push ups, planks and stretching!!
