This has been the first group fitness I’ve ever been able to stick with. There’s so much variety within the classes and types and all of the instructors are amazing!!
I have been going to classes here for the past 3 months and every class pushes my limits and encourages me to want to continue being active everyday. The instructors are truly great at what they do and are willing to help make adjustments, they encourage all their students, and curate a great vibe in the space. My favorite workout of all time (or since 2010 lol!) Lauren and the team welcomed me back with open arms after a 6-year hiatus and since taking these classes regularly, I feel stronger than ever! Love the strength format and can’t wait for pilates coming soon!
Updated 7/20/26: After 3400 classes, the classes at the studio continue to challenge me and provide me with variety. All of the instructors are fantastic and make sure each of us gets an experience that meets our needs in a safe way. After 2651 classes, the bar method still challenges me in the best way. The instructors are amazing, there are many class types when I want variety, and the community is so supportive. Highly recommend!
Bar Method Lake Oswego is like my home away from home. The instructors are knowledgeable, caring, and welcoming! They inspire you to work hard. The community that Lauren has built is top notch!
