These classes are great. I’m a senior and loving getting my body stronger again. All the instructors are so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Expect to feel it after class and most likely, days after. I appreciate the corrections as a first-timer. These classes kick my ___ every time. A different challenge from lifting and Pilates. Classmates were friendly afterwards! Try it!

I am newly pregnant and loving this workout! Lauren, Jessica and Kelsey have been fantastic instructors always giving me good modifications for pregnancy!
Bar method has been there for me through many ups and down and two pregnancies. I always leave feeling stronger. The difference is with bar method I also leave with improved posture, and a feeling of calm and balance. 🖤🖤🖤
