I have been a client here for the past 4 years and absolutely love it. The instructors and classes are amazing!
Í have been taking barre classes for 17 years, 12 of then with The Bar Method, and at Lake Oswego for the past two. The instructors here are great, they will push you to give it your all and encourage you when you feel like you can't. I love the OG Method class and have been taking more Strength classes lately. Bodyweight exercises are great for your health. I recently got a body composition scan and my bone density is excellent, thanks to The Bar Method.
I've been going to The Bar Method for a few months and I am really enjoying it. The location is easy to get to and there's always parking available. The website and app are intuitive and easy to schedule classes. Most importantly, every instructor there is motivating, kind and helpful in guiding you to your best position. Great workout!
LO Bar is the best!!! The instructors are so inspiring and engaging, helping build strong posture and flexibility in a supportive environment. I always leave feeling encouraged and confident!!! Update: after over 700 classes at LO Bar, I am more inspired than ever by the awesome instructors and dedicated community. Learning from instructors like Lauren, Jessica, Kelsey, Stephanie and Melanie who are so passionate and skilled is just so special, I’m so grateful to be a part of this studio. Thank you ladies!! 🥰
I have been coming to this gym for 7 months now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a variety of class formats and times so it's easy for me to stick to my goals and get my workouts in. The space is also clean and lovely, it just feels good walking in!
