Wow! I LOVE this place. This was my first time ever doing barre and I was actually nervous because I had read the reviews that said they did not like the class because they were called out in class to make corrections. But honestly, that was one of my favorite parts. I would much rather be doing an exercise with good form than with bad form. And they were so nice about doing it and so helpful. Moved away from KC almost 5 years ago and still miss this place. I had the best instructors and was in the best shape of my life at the time. I felt so much positivity and motivation here. If there were any issues with my account or membership, they always worked with me and made me feel valued. Poor experiences at other studios since has made me want to shout from the rooftops that if you live in Kansas City, you have a gem! I trusted The Bar Method two years ago when I felt lost in my body. I was about to get married and wanted to feel strong and reconnect with myself before the big day. Now, I have a sweet 5 month old baby girl and am ready again to transform my body and give myself dedicated time to focus on myself. I feel great! I feel strong, capable and centered. I am new to the Bar Method. I have been an "exerciser" all my adult life. This is a different experience for me! In just a short time I am noticing development and increased strength in every muscle.
