Started at Bar Method back in 2022 and have loved every minute of the journey. Every class is different and challenging, no matter how long you've been going or when your last class was. Simple, but effective moves lead to building of lean muscle and increased strength and flexibility. Plus, the community is second to none!
10/10 Highly recommend! I love that the studio feels like home the moment you walk in. The instructor was phenomenal. I got a full body workout from start to finish. Beginner or Pro give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!
Wow! I LOVE this place. This was my first time ever doing barre and I was actually nervous because I had read the reviews that said they did not like the class because they were called out in class to make corrections. But honestly, that was one of my favorite parts. I would much rather be doing an exercise with good form than with bad form. And they were so nice about doing it and so helpful. Moved away from KC almost 5 years ago and still miss this place. I had the best instructors and was in the best shape of my life at the time. I felt so much positivity and motivation here. If there were any issues with my account or membership, they always worked with me and made me feel valued. Poor experiences at other studios since has made me want to shout from the rooftops that if you live in Kansas City, you have a gem!
