Owner Kennedy gave me FANTASTIC customer service. You don’t meet many girls like this anymore! Not local to the area but I would 100% recommend this place. Friendly, fast, professional, efficient.

Great workout, great location, great facilities, great people! The owners are extremely kind and responsive and all of the instructors have their individual style while still being connected by the methodology behind the program. If you’re looking for sustainable strength building, and noticeable improvements in balance, coordination, and flexibility, this is the place. I recommend Courtney’s classes for an intense challenge!
Because they partner with ClassPass I was charged an additional $90 without any help from the staff and no way to cancel the subscription on the website and no phone number to contact to speak with a human representative. An AI Chatbot gives specific instructions to follow to cancel, yet none of the instructions are accessible.
