Update: 10/26/2023 - Fast forward, I am still taking classes at this studio and continuing to enjoy this beautiful community. They have introduced a variety of new class formats this year, such as Bar Cardio and Bar Strength, all very challenging pushing our bodies to new levels of fitness I didn’t think possible. I fell in love with Bar Method in 2011 and have never looked back. When I found out Dana opened a studio closer to my home in 2018, I couldn’t wait to sign up. Bar Method is truly a special community of kind hearte... read more
If you're looking for a low-impact fitness class that still packs a punch, I would definitely recommend barre. You don't have to be a prima ballerina to take part :) Barre allowed me to fall back in love with exercise and although the barre burn is hell at first - after a few classes, I guarantee you'll be begging for more :) P.S : the barre socks are super cute lol

This is a very welcoming studio. I love the instruction and the community! Update: there are classes every day of the week! New formats include cardio and strength.
