I love coming to the Bar. It’s an escape, intense, and I leave feeling accomplished and excited about my results. All the instructors are incredible and make you feel welcomed.

I love The Bar Method Hermosa! The instructors are amazing and I always feel so good after class!
I tried it out and found the energy to be a bit tense! I like workout environments that feel more like a warm supportive community. The instructor was super sweet though— and informative, providing personalized guidance which I appreciated a lot. Maybe it was just an off day when I went for people in the class, wasn’t so inviting and not a great sense of community… but a good workout and glad I gave it a try. I would still recommend for those wanting to try something new
