I cannot say enough good things about The Bar Method Fort Worth studio! I have done many types of fitness over the years, but nothing compares to the encouraging atmosphere, knowledge of the instructors, and the personal attention I have received at Bailey's studio in Clearfork. Zoe, Camille, Mia, Brittney, Bailey and all the women at Bar Method Fort Worth are angels! They’re so kind, the studio is gorgeous, and it’s been an oasis of self care and hard work. I recently had back surgery and they’ve been so wonderful helping me with modifications and ways to stay safe but still work hard. The workout is low impact and the music is killer. I’ve loved every second of my time there! 💖💪

Bar Method has become my favorite cross training activity! In the short time I’ve taken classes, I’m already seeing results in muscle tone and flexibility. The staff are always warm and friendly, and their ability to greet everyone by name is a testament to the high level of customer service they always provide.

The Bar Method Fort Worth is a gorgeous new studio with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I came to class visiting from another studio and they made me feel so welcome. I will definitely be back.
