Fantastic studio and great vibe
Came for the workouts and stayed for the community! The instructors are genuinely encouraging and supportive, and challenging. I am so grateful to have this community!
I love being a member at The Bar Method! The instructors are so knowledgeable on ways to get me the best total body workout, while also encouraging me to push myself. Every class is different and I love the variety of moves to learn and master. When transitioning to a prenatal workout, I knew I had a good foundation at The Bar Method to keep me healthy and prepared for the changes that were to come with growing a baby. I encourage anyone to try a class and not be hooked!
Love the staff and sense of community at Bar Method - Northfield. Schedule is great. It provides a great variety and flexibility. Also love the option to take classes on zoom when unable to be in the studio and to take classes on our own, especially when traveling!
