This week I took my first class at The Bar Method Darien. I was super impressed! I was a little intimated at first, but the instructor, staff, and fellow bar method members were super encouraging and welcoming. The studio is clean, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. The location is perfect! The studio itself has a great layout with awesome amenities, a perfect view, and a cozy studio. There is also ample parking so no need to worry!! This is a wonderful fitness program that is easy to sustain. The studio is immaculate, the reception is warm and welcoming and the instructors are excellent!
Bar Method Darien is such a special place! The studio is bright, the staff is always upbeat and welcoming and the classes are intentional and challenging. As a member I love the ability to signup in advance and choose from so many class formats and times. The option to take class over zoom and stay connected to the studio was a huge motivator for me after shoulder surgery. Thank you Anna and Lara for nurturing an incredible community of strong women
