I was so fortunate to discover The Bar Method in Englewood now Closter. Ten years later, I am grateful for the strength, balance and fitness it has brought to my life! Owner Shirley and her team are amazing. They are well trained, always engaged and on the lookout for good form in the best interest of safety and a good workout.
Who says you can't go home ?! I rejoined bar method after taking a couple of years off. I truly regret I didn't sign up sooner . I'm in the best shape of my life ( mentally and physically) and truly love the classes and sense of community. Highly recommend!
I’m a relatively new member - Tiffany I. I have fallen in love with everything about bar. The method, the instructors, the studio. All of it. It has helped my body and mind tremendously already and it’s only been about 4 months.
I re-joined The Bar Method back in April, I was a previous client a decade ago in Englewood and I have thoroughly enjoyed the last few months at The Bar! Love the studio, the staff and the results! I feel so toned all over. Love the ability to go in person or do a zoom; being a mom it’s so nice to have that flexibility to login from home. Thank you Shirley and team!
Had a fantastic first class experience at The Bar Method in Closter this morning! Shirley and the rest of her team were so warm and welcoming. The class was very fun and energizing. I didn’t feel lost or confused. The instructor provided assistance and helped with my form! The facility itself is beautiful and very clean. I love their retail section as well, it was very thoughtfully curated. Can’t wait to come back for my second class!
