Tried over a weekend while visiting Chicago. Very welcoming and fatalistic instructors who were focused on helping me get the most of my workout. I am a fan of Bar Method and its format and the Gold Coast studio was great!
The Bar Method - Gold Coast continues to be the very best bar work out in Chicago! Full body work out that is safe, fun, challenging, and effective. The ever evolving formats, incredible instructors, and warm community are just a few reasons why I keep coming back class after class...!

A fantastic home away from home. I appreciate the individualized cues--it's like having a personal trainer--and the feel-good vibes.
I became injured after a month and a half of classes due to the constant repetitive arm movements. I never went back nor recouped my advance payment.
