I've been a member of Bar Method Boston since 2016. It is one of the best workouts I've ever done. It is doable for all levels of fitness. All the instructors are wonderful. They show modifications for injuries and for pregnancy to ensure it is safe for all. They give verbal and hands on corrections to make sure your are in your best and most effective form. I usually switch up my workouts a few times a year but have consistently loved going to Bar Method since January! The instructors are all great, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I travel for work and the virtual classes are great backup options to have available. For anyone else with busy schedules looking to get a great full body workout in - this is the one!
