I love taking classes here! Helen and her team are so helpful and positive, it makes fitness feel fun and rewarding. The instructors make it a point to learn everyone's name and take care to not aggravate any injuries.
This place is awesome! I'm fat, and fitness spaces are not always welcoming to me, but at the Bar Method I feel welcomed, included, and supported. Also, as someone with joint problems, I really appreciate how they give modifications of the various poses and exercises that work for my body. I highly recommend coming here for a great workout in a great community.
