The absolute best workout to really tone and sculpt. I noticed a major decrease in my neck and back pain within the first few sessions. The studio is very nice and the intructors are wonderful!! They are so helpful and welcoming, and never intimidating. I’ve recommended this place to all my friend and family!
I absolutely love this place ! The owners and all the instructors are so welcoming and encouraging! I have been going for a little over a year and feel stronger than I ever have ! I would definitely recommend this workout , it's hard but so worth it and you feel so good after every class !
This place is the best. The teachers are great. They always call you by your first name. They are supportive and respectful. The studio is very clean. They even put fresh flowers in the bathroom and lobby. I always leave feeling like I just got the best workout.
Excellent, and very effective workout in a beautiful location! Great staff and teachers. Highly recommend :)
