I really like the format of these classes and the low-impact workout. Bar Method also has great instructors, each are professional, helpful and motivating. They really spend time to give proper instructions and provide adjustments to everyone in the class at one point or another. Though my 1st experience of barre workout was through Pure Barre, I am happy to say that Bar Method has won me over and kept me going.
