I am OBSESSED with this place. The vibe, the instructors, and the receptionists are all super sweet and attentive. I look forward to coming five days a week, especially to Kathy Costellos BAR MOVE class, it’s amazing. HIGHLY recommend.
It's a great workout without killing you. Anyone can do it. Doesn't matter your athletic ability. The tiniest movements work out every muscle.
