Looove The Bar Method! Such a welcoming atmosphere and the workouts are always amazing. Every class is so adaptable depending on how my body feels that day - I can easily push myself or take it easy when I need to. My favourite class is Bar Method Express + Restore 15, it's the perfect combo! Huge shoutout to Kelsea, she's the best! Highly recommend:)

I truly feel a sense of community here. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and kind. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Isabella! I've tried barre at other studios and I have to say that Bar method is by far my fave! I signed up on one of their promos and have been so motivated with their many incentives from monthy sponsor things to their socials. 100% recommend!
Really supportive, kind, and encouraging instructors. Challenging classes that build strength but don’t leave you feeling exhausted. Highly recommend!
