My favourite workout class! The instructors are super helpful, the price is a bit too high
Very fun, very cosy and very nature just so beautiful
I’ve been an avid ‘Bar Method-er’ for about 11 yrs. No 2 workouts are ever the same but it’s all about the shake! The Bar community is fabulous. I love the instructors - they’re kind and they really care that you have a good workout. Let’s not forget about the fun challenges and the stickers. Who knew the art of sticker-ing could get so competitive?!
You want to feel your body aliveness, strength, and shape it elegantly, this is the place to go! I love the level of care, attention and dedication the team displays for each of us!
