Wow !! I read about barre classes a long time ago and finally decided to give them a try this summer. I'm so glad I did ! The workout is so well balanced between strength and flexibility. I did about 10+ classes so far over a two months period and saw a huge improvement in my range of motion, both at the barre class and at the gym. The instructors are super helpful in helping you to understand the muscles worked and the right posture. Highly recommend if you are someone looking to improve your posture and or flexibility.
