The bar method has been a great addition to my workout routine. This class focuses on toning muscles that I otherwise would not focus on. The studio is beautiful and always very clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful to adjust posture and make sure you are safe with all exercises. This studio is a very positive atmosphere and I have enjoyed working out here I have now been doing the bar method for 2 months and have noticed significant difference in muscle definition in my arms as well has glutes and quads.
