After an extensive search for a gym in which my Son could develop himself I came across The Bar Gym in Worthing. A short message and along comes Alfie a PT based at the gym who has over a few weeks totally transformed my Sons life. His devotion and encouragement that he puts into every session has really made a huge difference and the confidence my Son now has is priceless. I’ve recently joined the bar gym - I’ve now started up boxing & kick-boxing which I am enjoying immensely. (I never ever thought I’d say those words!!) Alfie, Harry & Ingrid are all approachable, patient & knowledgeable. They go at whatever pace you require, they’re supportive, encouraging and nothing is too much trouble.
