This is an edit . I had some personal issues and fell behind on payment, they waved the fees and helped me out . Idk what changed in the passed few years but it seams management improved 10 fold .
At first they are nice and helpful I’ve canceled my membership twice already and every time they say they will refund me the money it never happens, I do not trust them when it comes time to close out the membership. Please be careful with this. I’ve tried calling and they don’t answer ether.
