My first visit and the medical staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent.
Woeful. My appointment kept getting pushed back week after week. Dr finally rang and just hung up on me as I answered. Rang the practice and was bounced from person to person. No call from the doctor still. This has been going on for 5 weeks! All this on a DVA gold card. I bet they still stole money by billing DVA. Good luck everyone else.
My telehealth appointment was probably one of the most efficient and productive appointments I have ever had. I believe we achieved more over the phone than I ever have before with my previous GP face to face. Highly recommended and look forward to my next appointment
