I can't believe I payed that much for a 5th floor room with roaches. Matt (Property Manager) was rude to me as well as my parents during move out, he also wreaked of alcohol, hopefully it was just hand sanitizer. Also they never have paper towels or the cleaning solution in a gym that's used by around 100 sweaty college students a day Also the entire 2nd floor wreaks of mold. And during my stay the bathroom above my room rotted out the entire floorboard before they bothered to fix it.
Great maintenance team. Came quickly and fixed issue.
