Jaime came in and did some excellent maintenance work soon after I placed my work orders, very satisfied with maintenance service!
rlly disappointing. when i first moved in my apartment walls and doors were filthy, and the shower looked like it never got cleaned. while i lived there, the staff were rude and would get annoyed when i asked questions. and of course, we got a 138 dollar cleaning fee at the end of the year. wouldn’t recommend
My parking experience has been a disaster. I moved back here in August to find out they double booked my parking spot and they couldn’t offer me a covered parking spot which I signed a legally binding contract stating I would get. The second spot they gave me to replace the first one was also double booked. The third spot that was given to me was a compact car spot which I had to climb in and out of my trunk because the spot was so tiny. Big scam. My sibling moved out in June of this year, we get an email a few days ago saying we left the place a mess with pizza boxes and a dirty toilet. They will do anything for that $185. Here are the photos before we left (dated June 20!) and these are the photos they just sent. I do not recommend this place. (Also had to pay for the month of July )
Beware the actual apartments and bedrooms look nothing like the photos. My daughter moved in two weeks ago and the room was filthy! Dirty bathroom, floors and windows along with a dirty/soiled fabric chair they have yet to replace. Shower dirty/rusty (see pic). I was told in Feb by a leasing agent to wait until March to sign the lease when they will have a free month special. I signed with my daughter and now they are telling me the special is not valid!
