The Bankruptcy Law firm ( Ursula Woods & her paralegal Krystal Lawerence made this experience the best. My nerves was on 100 and anxiety was on high. Krystal made sure every detail was explained and assured me that they had me and would assist to make my decision to file as simple as possible. I had a lot of work to do on my end and she guided me all the way. Thank you for being kind, professional and most of all understanding. 5 stars is not enough they definitely deserve a10 or more.
Before filing for bankruptcy, I intentionally sought to support a minority-owned business. My first consultation with Ms. Ruby was encouraging she made me feel confident that I could finally get back on track financially. Unfortunately, things went downhill quickly after that. I was referred to this bankruptcy firm with in all good faith that they would take care of my case everything was going good until the end it seems to me that the turnover rate is high and some are very disrespectful (Amanda) for one and even Ursula pretending to care when in actuality she does not care, was suppose to file motions and didn't and didn't even go to court and then call me with bad news after the court sends them the firm there decision now im left in the cold trying to figure out my next step after trying to s... read more
