The worst customer care. My information was taken twice in a month for consult even spoke with Krystal (Lead Paralegal)who told me she doesn’t schedule and transferred me to a non working extension. That should have been a tall tale sign to me of the lack of integrity, customer care, and professionalism that I would later be subjected to in person. I’m in mgmt and I know how employees can fail you. So I called and requested to talk to Ursula Woods in person, they then act like they cared and told me to come that day. Great s... read more
