The worst customer care. My information was taken twice in a month for consult even spoke with Krystal (Lead Paralegal)who told me she doesn’t schedule and transferred me to a non working extension. That should have been a tall tale sign to me of the lack of integrity, customer care, and professionalism that I would later be subjected to in person. Don't waste your time
The Bankruptcy Law firm ( Ursula Woods & her paralegal Krystal Lawerence made this experience the best. My nerves was on 100 and anxiety was on high. Krystal made sure every detail was explained and assured me that they had me and would assist to make my decision to file as simple as possible. I had a lot of work to do on my end and she guided me all the way. Thank you for being kind, professional and most of all understanding. 5 stars is not enough they definitely deserve a10 or more.
