Really appreciate the personal service and friendly staff. Recently I was recuperating from surgery at a local rehab facility and had some papers to be signed. The manager came over in person to have me get the papers signed. That is real old fashioned service. The downtown location is Edmonds is so convenient as it has free parking, a real plus when the town is short on parking space. We also snowbird and they help us with changing address twice a year as statements are never forwarded by the post office.
