Absolutely terrible experience at this branch. The branch manager Crystal comes at customers with attitude and disrespect. Make sure to double check what they sign you up for and what they decide to explain with your account. She will skew issues her own way and leave customers in complete darkness of what’s happening with their account. Would not recommend banking with them. Absolutely zero professionalism
Terrible Bank
They would not cash a check written from their bank and would not give a way to solve their issue. I am definitely taking my business to somewhere with better customer service where people can get their money.
