Terrible Bank
They would not cash a check written from their bank and would not give a way to solve their issue. I am definitely taking my business to somewhere with better customer service where people can get their money.
The employees are very helpful and eager to help with a smile! Very outgoing and energetic! Best branch in the Springfield area.
They are the worse bank in Springfield they don't care about their customers they only here to make money
