Had an emergency plumbing situation arise recently in Lake Louise and David Kennedy went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest and fair with solutions and their costs. I would not hesitate to have David handle any and all plumbing issues I had.

We had Dylan in today to have our washer installed and new hoses installed. Dylan is very friendly, super down to earth guy and very efficient. He took the extra mile to help me get our dryer set back up as well. Top notch dude!

Probably the worst communication I've ever experienced from a company. Came to fix a small issue, but it unfortunately persisted. No problem, it's not an exact science. Trial and error to find the cause. I totally understand. But when we called back to arrange for someone to return, we were told they'd come that day and call us beforehand. We heard nothing all day, not even to let us know they couldn't make it. This happened on 2 separate days. Completely wasted our days waiting for them to let us know what was going on.
